What is RKS?

A high security lock that uses a Restricted Key-Duplication System. This unique system provides a very high level of security protection.

How does it do this?

It uses a patent protected key design that cannot legally be copied. Furthermore, the key blanks to RKS locks will not be available to the general population for over ten years. The peace of mind that RKS offers is tremendous because when you fit one, you know that it will not be possible for someone to simply walk into a heel bar and obtain a duplicate key that will fit your lock. In fact, the key to the RKS lock is so unique that only an RKS key will fit into the lock.

What happens when you need replacement keys?

If replacement keys are needed then they can only be obtained from the Chubb Super Centre that the lock was first purchased from. Furthermore, the buyer will only be supplied with the new keys when they have satisfied a series of security procedures which prove that they are the genuine owner. These procedures are policed by Chubb Super Centres whose high standards of professional practice ensure that you are protected at all times.
